Established asbestos surveying and removal and refurbishment/renovation company has an opportunity for an office-based Trainee Project Manager's Assistant position to start immediately.

As a Project Managers Assistant, you will be proactive and forward thinking supporting the team in all aspects of the sales, administration and compliance.
Some of the main duties of this role will include:
- To assist Project/Office Manager with their duties and any ad-hoc tasks that may arise
- Booking of appointments/site visits for Project Managers
- Assisting in preparing Plans of Work for Project Managers, submitting ASB5 forms and potentially other legal documents
- Creating quotations based on figures provided by Project Manager
- Liaising with surveyors and chasing for reports
- Liaising with site supervisors
- Liaising with clients
- Liaising with the analytical companies and arranging clearances
- Arranging temp staff where needed
- Sales
- Day-to-day administration
- Taking enquiries over the phone and quoting via email
- Analysing survey reports and providing consultation on their contents.
- Collating documents
- General administration
- Assisting asbestos surveyor with writing reports
- Assisting project managers with writing up plans of work and other necessary documents
- Helping with the accounts and compliance teams administration
The candidate should ideally be:
- Local to Watford (or within a realistic commute - around 30 minutes)
- Happy with carrying out a huge range of duties within varying capacity day-to-day
- Cat. B driving licence
- Passion for learning and development
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
