About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Trainee Project Manager to support the Executives and Senior Leaders in the successful delivery of our Vision, Objectives and Strategy. This role will understand what is required for a project to be successful and manage all stakeholders and workstreams to ensure efficient and timely delivery to forecast timescales.

What you’ll do

  • You will play a critical role in the successful delivery of Business strategy by supporting the leadership team with effective delivery of ad hoc projects, helping to maintain momentum, manage dependencies and remove blockers
  • Coordinate delivery across the broader organisation, understanding and aligning different processes to ensure we stay aligned
  • You will also help grow a Continuous Improvement culture throughout Vypr by collecting the suggestions, prioritising with the relevant stakeholders and, ultimately, launching and embedding new ways of working
  • In addition, you will be tasked with other projects where the key measure will be whether it has been delivered on time, within scope and within cost
