Trainee Project Manager - Newport

The role
Our Construction Projects team have an innovative and multi-disciplined approach to delivering project work and currently have an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Project Manager to join the team based at Caradog House in Newport.
Working under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager you will learn on the job and on site formal industry training to provide a full Project management service across a wide range of portfolio construction projects. Alongside this you will;
- Assist Project Managers to ensure detailed project briefs and reports are prepared.
- Assist with compliance and health and safety
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Coordinating project teams to deliver projects to prescribed targets
- Ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved to a high level
- Escalate any issues where needed
Our Successful Candidate:
- Proven experience or work placement within the Property or Construction sector
- Hold CSCS site card or prepared to attain
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of prioritising your own workload and delivering against targets

- Salary - £21,968 to £23,194
- 6 months full, 6 months half sick pay
- 23 days leave + 2 concessionary + bank holidays
LGPS - Business mileage paid at HMRC casual user rate, 45p per mile
Payment of 1x professional membership where applicable.
