n 2017, my brother and I started Monte Forte as a food truck. Since then we have been busy making our own take on Neapolitan pizza all around the UK, and eventually we ended up with our first pizzeria in Reigate two years later. We are one of the most popular restaurants in Reigate, soon to be opening our second site in Horsham in July. We are a young and ambitious team looking for an equally energetic, driven and passionate Trainee pizza chef to join our team. You will work with the Assistant Managers to make sure our pizzeria runs smoothly. You will receive excellent training and guidance from your General Manager and you will have the opportunity to grow within our rapidly expanding business. Whilst you have experience in communication and managing teams, it is just as important that you have the right attitude and a hunger to learn and follow the Monte Forte way. Monte Forte was founded with the vision of creating the best Neapolitan pizza available at prices for everyone, using the freshest ingredients and ethical practices.
