Trainee Partnership Sales

The role…
The role of Trainee Partnerships Sales Advisor is really important to us. Reporting to the Partnerships Team Manager you will be responsible primarily for converting warm inbound leads over the phone, received from our various existing Partnerships, into completed sales applications, progressing them through the internal credit process and liaising with the Partners on the status / progress of these.
This is a new position in the business, to support the growth of the Partnerships division. There will be opportunity for progression within the division, along with some shadowing and admin support for senior members of this team. You will be able to travel UK wide a few times per year to broaden your knowledge and gain exposure to the world of field sales and partnership relationship management.
Location: Radius EuroCard, Herald Drive, Crewe, CW1 6EG
Salary: Up to £20,500 base salary, with an impressive OTE of £35,000
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30am-17:00pm (no weekends, evenings or bank holidays)
What would your day look like as a Trainee Partnerships Sales Advisor?
Converting interested potential customers into completed sales applications- Supporting customers through the sales process from credit applications, activations and helping them to get up and running with their Fuel Card
- Answer questions about Radius and the products and services that we offer
- Reporting on status and progress of customers across the internal team, and our partners
What do we expect of you?
Good communication skills and telephone manner- Display agility to be flexible and open to new ways of working
- Basic understanding of Microsoft office programmes e.g. Excel
