Our client, a highly successful legal firm, are looking to hire a Trainee Paralegal/Legal Secretary. This role is based in Hamilton.

The role will include a range of conveyancing dominated workload:

  • Typing from digital dictation, handwritten drafts or typed documents.
  • Draft standard documents
  • Prepare Land Registration forms
  • Prepare LBTT Returns
  • Order First Scottish Reports/Searches
  • Prepare fee notes
  • Prepare cash statements
  • General administrative duties
