Job description

Duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and responding to customer emails
  • Assisting with arranging MOT & Services for customers
  • Support the Aftercare Team with the creating and processing of invoices & Purchase Orders
  • Claiming for completed service and repair work
  • Creating and maintain reports using MS Excel
  • Use of CRM Database
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required
  • Escalating any serious concerns to Management promptly

  • Empathetic with a positive, friendly, ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Accurate with data processing
  • Ability to both work well within a team and autonomously

Experience in MS Office packages (Word, Outlook & Excel) and Sage 200 is beneficial but not essential.
