Job description
Duties & responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer emails
- Assisting with arranging MOT & Services for customers
- Support the Aftercare Team with the creating and processing of invoices & Purchase Orders
- Claiming for completed service and repair work
- Creating and maintain reports using MS Excel
- Use of CRM Database
- Provide administrative support to the team as required
- Escalating any serious concerns to Management promptly

- Accurate with data processing
- Ability to both work well within a team and autonomously
Experience in MS Office packages (Word, Outlook & Excel) and Sage 200 is beneficial but not essential.
