We are seeking a kind-hearted, warm and personable character who perhaps has previous experience ‘consultative selling’, and although the Trainee New Homes Sales Consultant will be highly financially incentivised and rewarded, the journey of the customer is always at the heart of each conversation as opposed to hitting strict company sales/plot targets.

Your working week will run Thursday through until Monday and you will be responsible for guiding customers through the home-buying process from reservation to handover, ensuring that they have a wonderful experience.

The Package/Benefits:

  • Full Training will be provided into the role and sector!
  • £24,000 basic + realistic OTE £45k+, plus company bonus
  • Thursday to Monday working rota, with Tuesday and Wednesday off.

The Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to assist clients in purchasing their dream home
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure quality homes are built and customers receive an outstanding experience
  • Utilise negotiation and influencing skills to close sales
  • Develop strategies with the marketing team to drive traffic to the site and meet sales targets
  • Coordinate with third-party stakeholders such as solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors to progress purchases towards exchange and completion dates
  • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of sales and contracts through our onsite IT systems
  • Produce clear and concise written correspondence for clients and internal communication
  • Guide customers through the specification options and make the purchasing and handover process as smooth as possible
  • Communicate consistent brand messaging to customers and stakeholders
  • Maintain excellent presentation of the development at all times
  • Collect and analyse market research to provide insights to the sales management team

You:

  • Full training will be provided!
  • Experience in sales or customer service (ideally face to face or a mixture of both over the phone and face to face)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Full driving license and access to own vehicle
