We are looking for our next superstar who would love a career in estate agency. With this is mind we have created an excellent opportunity to come and join our Your Move Leicester branch as a Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator. The vision for this role is to enhance/develop the skills and knowledge of an individual new to the industry over a period of time so they can evolve into a competent, well rounded estate agent equipped with all the tools they need to have a fantastic career within the business.

As a Trainee Negotiator you will receive excellent training on how the business works, customer service and sales generation. Overtime you will also be trained in conducting accurate market appraisals for both sales and lettings and then ultimately on running a successful office. This is an opportunity for somebody who is willing to go on a journey and maximise their long term career prospects.
Estate agency experience is not required but what is essential is that the successful candidate is hard working, reliable and proactive as well as having a positive can do attitude. This is a fast paced, high tempo industry and it’s not just about showing clients around properties. People who display the traits previously mentioned flourish, those who do not don’t.
