Weekend Bar Staff - The Thomas a Becket, 52 St James Road, Northampton, NN5 5HY
The Thomas a Becket is Northampton's leading rugby pub, welcoming hundreds of fans pre and post match on game day. Even if the rugby isn't on the weekends are our busiest time.
We're looking for experienced part time staff who thrive off a busy work environment and really enjoy serving customers.
To be suitable for the role you need some relevant bar experience, you must be over 18 and be able to work weekends.
The pub is located in between the train station and Franklin's Gardens so is popular with rugby fans. It has a lovely garden, a fantastic function room and well invested restaurant and bar facilities. We are a tight knit team and pride ourselves on service with a smile and throwing a great party!
The role will include all aspects of front of house duties such as serving guests food and drink, providing them with suggestions about our drinks, menu and daily specials and ensuring every customer is having a great time.
We will commit to giving you all of the training to build your career in hospitality with us, from internal training courses to apprenticeship courses.
