Fink Street Food is a social enterprise street food and events catering company. We are on a mission to use exciting food experiences to tackle mental health stigma and raise vital funds for local mental health initiatives.
From the UK's first social enterprise food truck, we provide mobile catering services at food markets, festivals, for businesses and at weddings.
We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working team members to join our close knit team.
You will be part of a small team who cook fresh, exciting meals from the food truck.
Duties will include, simple food preparation, cleaning, customer services, serving food, taking payments, cleaning and hygiene. Some shifts will be working on the truck and some may be preparing food at our kitchen.
No experience is needed and everything can be taught, although some catering experience would be a bonus!
There is ample room for progression in what is a rapidly growing social enterprise business.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working team members who can engage with customers and work well in a team.
Applicants must be flexible on working hours as this role will include some evening and weekend work.
Food Safety Level 2 qualification is preferred, but all training will be provided if you don't have this.
The is a variety of weekday and weekend work available.
The candidate will ideally be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £11.00-£13.50 per hour
