GTC are part of a family of companies owned by BUUK Infrastructure group and we are currently recruiting for a Trainee Multi Utility Project Manager to be based in the Doncaster and Sheffield area.
As a Trainee, you will have exposure and be trained and mentored to manage all aspects of construction management for gas, water, electric and fibre networks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to grow your knowledge and experience, whilst receiving formal training and qualifications and work for an industry leading organisation.
Upon successful completion of your training period, your responsibilities will include -
· Carry out Risk Assessments and Site Safety audits
· Site inductions, keeping appropriate records
· Issue and record PPE
· Ensure work is carried out to GTC/ENC/DNO specifications
· Keep up to date with current legislation and regulations
· Ensure all relevant Safety, Construction specifications and technical data is available
· Promote the highest standards of Health and Safety
· Make sure all targets and key milestones are met
· Ensure all employees have received the relevant training for the specific task
· Have market knowledge and promote the organisation to maximise opportunities

What we’re looking for –
· Construction or utilities experience would be beneficial
· Driver’s licence
· Computer literate
· Eagerness to learn
· Excellent communication skills
· Muti tasking skills

· High attention to detail
