In that we have now created a fantastic new role for someone looking for the opportunity to take there managerial and Business skills to the next level with this dedicated 12 Module Managerial program, where you will be taught EVERYTHING business management related from KPI’s, People Management, Recruitment to Your own Personal Development and how to how to improve your own mindset.
Our 12 Modules have been created with the long term vision, that after working closely with the Leadership team throughout this management program, You will then develop into leading your own team/ division inside PG Media.
So who’s this for? – Truly its for anyone, This role doesn’t require any particular qualification, nor do we require 5-10 years experience…. We are looking for someone who fits the right Company Culture and Core Values we hold, That has driven our success over the past 5 years.
So if you are someone who has been part of a fast growing serviced based business, who has managed (and grown) existing sales, while also opening additional locations/sites. That could be for a chain of coffee shops, a national franchise, an estate agents, gym, or any other type of service based business. If you’ve previously worked in a service based business - and you were responsible for opening a new site or office, as well as maintaining the existing site - and you had the responsibility of recruiting the team and developing/implementing the processes, and you have a proven track record of success in your role, we’d love to hear from you.
