About the role
As a Trainee Maintenance Person, you will assist the maintenance team in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the care home. This entry-level role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in maintenance and repair tasks. You will work under the guidance and supervision of experienced maintenance professionals, learning the intricacies of maintaining various systems and equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in maintenance work, possess basic technical skills, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
Reports to: Maintenance Manager/ Asset Manager
This role could be for you if you have;
- Enthusiastic, hardworking and has a passion for learning
- Experience in maintenance would be an advantage but not essential as a full training is provided
