Tarring Manor will be a purpose- built luxury care home located in the town of Worthing and opens in Summer 2023, the home will provide residents with high quality residential, nursing and dementia care

About the role
In this role, you’ll balance listening skills with motivational ideas. You’ll listen to the wishes of every resident, the hopes of every family and the health and safety needs of our carers and nurses. You’ll then motivate every resident with a plan that they are excited by and inspire the team around you to deliver activities and ideas that bring out the best in the people we passionately care about.
