Job description
- Assist with setting out and surveying using Leica equipment
- Assist with the preparation of drawings, designs, and specifications
- Provide support to the engineering team on site
- Monitor site progress and report on any issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Liaise with technical manager, subcontractors, and suppliers as required
Qualifications:
- Knowledge or experience in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Good understanding of deep drainage, road and groundworks
- Comfortable working with Leica equipment and setting out on own
- Knowledge of the use of Autocad, LSS, Topographical surveys/ Asbuilts, Take-offs
- Full clean driving license
- Right to work in UK documentation required if applicable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment
- Motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
