We’re looking for a Trainee Horticultural Therapist who can work with groups of clients in establishing personalised goals and supporting Client Gardeners in achieving their objectives.
We’re looking for candidates who are keen to start a career in Social and Therapeutic Horticulture. You’ll need to be able to build rapport with a wide range of people. This role includes training a Training pathway, culminating in a funded place on Thrive’s Level 5 Award in Social and Therapeutic Horticulture.

Our London Centre is based in Battersea Park. The role is based in Battersea Park, with some days spent at outreach programs within London.
