Entry Level Administrator
An exciting entry level position exists for a bright and enthusiastic person seeking to build a career. As a Trainee Administrator you will be assisting the Business with administration support. The successful candidate is likely to be seeking an entry level position where training and development will be given or may already have office-based experience and be looking to develop a career. The role will involve:
· General support administration
· Prepare proposals
· Update and calculate quotations
· Assist clients with enquiries
· Receiving and processing orders on the system.
· Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
· Producing reports.
· Administration of office expenses and general purchases

· Good interpersonal skills.
· Works well within a team.
· Methodical and conscientious.
· High attention to details.
· Computer literate particularly excel.
· Good telephone manner.
· Time management and prioritisation skills.
The successful Trainee Administrator can expect:
