With the opening of our Manchester office in January 2022, we are looking for an ambitious Legal Trainee Head Hunter to join our growing team. Our HQ is in Bristol, where we have a team of 25. In Manchester, we have a team of 5 already with plenty of space to grow. We have big plans as an agency to become the biggest and best legal recruiter in the UK.

The Role

THE ROLE

This Legal Trainee Head Hunter role is based in our new Manchester City Centre office based in Deansgate opposite Spinningfields.

Key Points:

• Average OTE year one – £60k+, Year two, £90k+, Year 3, £150k+
• Industry-leading training and mentoring from a team of Directors who are highly regarded in their markets
• Good prospects to progress to Recruitment Consultant
• You will work alongside the industries best legal recruiters
• You will work in a vibrant modern business
• Our team bills well above the industry average, just this month one consultant took home £30k commission
