Recruiter: Danielle Godbold Job Type: Temporary Town/City: Molesey County: Surrey Salary/rate: £11.53 per hour Job ref: J13111DG Summary of a Picker/Packer Our client is seeking a picker/packer to start on an immediate basis for the next few months. You will ensure smooth output within the pack off room on a day-to-day basis. This is a hands-on role so you must be hardworking & able within reason to lift cartons. You must be able to stand throughout the day on the assembly line Key Responsibilities of a Picker/Packer To work on product assembly and pack off, according to work instructions & quality procedures Ensure the target productivity level is achieved on a daily basis Achieve daily tasks as set out by the Pack off Manager Assist in keeping the production area tidy Any other duties that the company may reasonably ask you to perform which are within your expertise and skill sets Ensure where appropriate that all paperwork is correctly and accurately completed Comply with the Company Health & Safety policy and procedures and any other tasks deemed necessary Key Competencies of a Picker/Packer Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role Good manual dexterity Committed to achieving results Flexible & able to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Be a team player, but also able to work on own initiative Due to the large volume of applications we receive for each position we will only be able to respond to applications received with the relevant skills.
