Operating in Canary Wharf, Pinnacle Wealth Management has further expansion plans and currently building a rotational-style outreach team and are recruiting for an individual who wants to seize the opportunity in taking the correct steps to become a qualified Financial Adviser. Pinnacle Wealth Management is looking for someone who is highly motivated, and ambitious to join us in building quality, long-term relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Arrange appointments with high-quality prospects and talent for a team of highly successful financial advisers and internal recruitment managers
- Deliver excellent communication skills to influence senior executives and potential financial adviser candidates over the phone and using social media platforms
- Ensure work is performed to the highest standards and that personal KPI targets are met or exceeded
- Manage high volumes of outbound requests in a timely and organised manner
- Follow communication guidelines and templates
- Develop and distribute thought provoking, conversation-starter articles
- Review and analyse performance against targets and plans to determine effectiveness, trends and areas for improvement
- Research appropriate individuals and companies as directed by the business.
Skills and experience:
- Previous sales and office experience (minimum 2-years)
- Graduated with at least a 2.1 degree
- Strong and effective communicator with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst being solution and service orientated
- Technology savvy and willing to embrace new systems and software
- Be willing to learn and develop with good analytical and decision-making skills
- Possess strong influencing skills whilst being an effective listener and remaining discrete and professional in all communication
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Adaptable, flexible, self-motivated and willing to work both in isolation and as part of a wider team
- Capable of managing time and the organisation of various tasks effectively
