Job description
Outline:
You will be responsible for generating viewings, valuations, financial services and legal referrals.
Your main duties will include liaising face-to-face or over the phone on the purchase or sale of a property, you will match clients' needs to properties, accompany viewings and negotiate offers between client and vendor. You will also qualify clients such as first-time buyers, cash purchasers, and those with a property to sell and make the appropriate appointments.
Skills, knowledge and experience:
This is a varied role and therefore a flexible and confident approach is desired. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, active listening skills are essential to overcome objections and close a sale. It is crucial that you are able to organise and manage your time efficiently and effectively to ensure that you maximise your potential within the role
