Job description
We are seeking a trainee Estate Agent who possesses exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and a professional, ambitious, and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused mindset and a drive to exceed targets.
In this role, you will be trained in building and maintaining relationships with potential vendors, landlords, tenants, and buyers. You will also be responsible for maximizing business opportunities through market appraisals, instructions, viewings, and lettings referrals, as well as sourcing new instructions for sales and lettings.
We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. A full, clean driving license and professional appearance are required.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of £20,000-£22,000 per year, with a bonus scheme and commission pay available. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required.
