The role
As a Trainee Energy Consultant, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses in the UK and Ireland. You’ll be helping small to medium size businesses secure a better deal on their energy contracts, using a consultative approach to help them with a wide range of options to meet their needs.
What you’ll be getting up to:
- Making high volume outbound calls whilst working to specific KPI targets. You will look to establish your prospect’s needs and match them with a product that meets those needs.
- Working alongside an experienced consultant you will look to provide opportunities which will be quoted and closed by them. Any derived commission will be shared equally, between you both.
- Liaising with energy providers to source any missing information about your prospects’ accounts.
- You will need to maintain account management data within our CRM platform.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's around talk time, created opportunities and revenue.
