Job description
- Provide support to internal customers;
- Preparation of computer stations according to the process in place;
- Diagnose and resolve problems concerning office automation, networking or third-party applications used by the company by respecting service agreements, mainly by telephone;
- Document each intervention in the company's ticketing system;
- Follow up with customers when the problem requires the intervention of another team member or a third party supplier;
- Repair of computer stations in case of minor breakdowns;
- Occasionally travel to our branches to resolve problems in person;
- Search for solutions to problems on the web or in the company's or manufacturers' knowledge base and add the information found to our knowledge base as needed;
- Actively participate in maintaining customer satisfaction by suggesting improvements to the existing process.
- DEP or AEC in computer support;
- 2 years of experience in computer science;
- Knowledge of the Office 365 suite and Windows 10 and 11 operating systems;
- Knowledge of iPhone mobile devices;
- Fluency in French and English, oral and written;
- Demonstrate autonomy, curiosity and proactivity.
