Job description

Are you interested in starting a career in engineering? As we are looking for proactive individuals to learn how to service, repair and instal dental equipment across a variety of practices. We recently won Servicing and Repair Company of the Year 2022 from the Dental Industry Awards. So this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has mechanical or electrical experience to join a rapidly growing business. But we will also consider those who have a keen interest in engineering and a positive can-do work ethic.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with advice in all areas of engineering, equipment performance and regulatory compliance.
  • Carrying out scheduled maintenance, site surveys and advising the customer of any additional costs incurred.
  • Attending breakdowns and resolving to completion of repair.
  • Delivering, installing and validating new dental equipment.
  • Providing technical assistance to customers, office staff and fellow engineers.
  • Accurately recording data and completing customer reports via an IT Tablet.
  • Fault finding and diagnosing problems whilst managing your spare parts and stock levels.
  • A valid UK Driving License will be required for this role.
