The Customer Service Centre provides excellent service to our customers face to face, by telephone and by email. The successful candidate will work on a development programme to learn more complex aspects of the role, with a view to progressing into an Advisor role.
To be a Trainee Customer Service Advisor you will enjoy working directly with customers to resolve their queries and recognise the importance of first class communication skills to achieve customer satisfaction.
The post holder will already have had experience of working with customers face to face and/or in a call centre and be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to developing a career in Customer Services.
The successful applicant will be required to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Interviews are currently scheduled for the week commencing 26th June.
