Our client based in Andover is looking for a well-presented and professional Customer Consultant, to hand-hold customers, through their journey of purchasing the correct insurance product to suit their needs.
Your role will involve inbound and outbound customer-services, alongside handling email enquiries. You’ll work toward a team target, with no cold-calling involved - this is not a commission-based role. We are looking to engage with very customer-focused individuals who possess strong listening skills and are confident in building rapport with people.

Experience/skills required:
- Customer Service experience within either a retail or hospitality environment
- Minimum grade C or equivalent in Maths and English at GCSE level
- Proven customer service skills
- Proven team working skills either from
- Good written and verbal English
Our successful and growing client offers employees the support and training to get your career to where you want it to be. Starting salaries are £20,000 and go up to £25,000, depending on experience.
