Title and Summary
Trainee Computer Operator
Overview
  • Monitors the Mastercard networking environments to ensure a consistently high level of service at all times to meet established SLA's
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues

Roles
  • Monitors service levels for data and voice remove this replace with the following ( mastercard global infrustrature) networking equipment and software
  • Clarifies common customer problems and provides resolution for simple system failures or degradations according to standard protocols
  • Performs standard testing and analysis of all elements of the network and data center facilities
  • Monitors and takes corrective actions for problems as they arise to minimizing customer impact
  • Creates and/or updates internal tickets to document monitoring and recovery steps
  • Provides guidance to less experienced team members on defined procedures and may supervise/coordinate work of support individual contributors

Experiences
