Title and Summary
Trainee Computer Operator
Overview- Monitors the Mastercard networking environments to ensure a consistently high level of service at all times to meet established SLA's
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues
Roles

- Clarifies common customer problems and provides resolution for simple system failures or degradations according to standard protocols
- Performs standard testing and analysis of all elements of the network and data center facilities
- Monitors and takes corrective actions for problems as they arise to minimizing customer impact
- Creates and/or updates internal tickets to document monitoring and recovery steps
- Provides guidance to less experienced team members on defined procedures and may supervise/coordinate work of support individual contributors

Experiences
