Job description

Tructyre has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Commercial Tyre Technician to join the team based in Ipswich.

You will join our ‘Supported Induction Program’ which has been designed to onboard and train those looking to start a new career and the start date is Monday 05 June 2023.

During your first 2 weeks of training, you will be based at our Brentwood Training Centre (Postcode CM13 1TB), and you will be provided with the skills needed to become a Commercial Tyre Technician with Tructyre. After the 2 weeks training you will be buddied up with an experienced Commercial Tyre Technician in Ipswich Dept to continue your induction with on the job training.

Accommodation, meals and travel will be provided for you during these first two weeks.

About the Trainee Commercial Tyre Technician role

As a Trainee Commercial Tyre Technician, you will be looking to:

As a Trainee Commercial Tyre Technician, you will receive a basic salary of £26,000 per annum, increasing to £30,900 per annum on successful completion of your training. Due to the nature of the role, you can then expect to increase your earning potential with a very attractive performance related bonus and call out fees when you become fully qualified (Average yearly OTE after training £36,000).

To be considered for this role, it is essential you hold a full and valid UK Driving License.
