Starting salary will be on the first point of Band 6 on a 3 year fixed term contract.
The NHS in Wales is offering a salaried post-graduate training post for a high calibre science graduate who is passionate about science and its role in patient care in the field of Nuclear Medicine Physics.
Successful candidates will be employed by an NHS Wales organisation for the duration of their three-year post-graduate Clinical Science STP training programme.
In addition to undertaking their Nuclear Medicine specialism, trainees will initially rotate through each of the Medical Physics areas: Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Safety and Diagnostic Radiology, Imaging with Non-Ionising Radiation and Radiotherapy. Trainees will also undertake a fully-funded part-time accredited MSc degree in Clinical Science (Medical Physics), at Swansea University. Further details are available from:
