A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic partially trained Catering installation engineer to join our reputable Catering company. The successful candidate will be working in a full-time position - Monday to Friday (Overtime available + Occasional Weekends)
Job Description:
The role will consist of but not limited to the following.
- To attend site as part of an established team and work alongside qualified engineers carrying out install, service and maintain commercial equipment in kitchens and bars as directed, under supervision and instruction.
- Installing, pipe including joins, valves, and fixtures in all types of commercial kitchen structures
- Ensuring all paperwork/worksheets are completed and up to date with information and photographs.
- Completing installs to the highest standards in an efficient manner, whilst complying with the company Health and Safety Policy.
- Early starts and can require working away overnight.
Background experience:
- Knowledge of Plumbing / Commercial Catering appliances
- Positive in approach, well presented, able to work in a dynamic business environment, but above all be committed to the delivery of outstanding customer service.
- Great interpersonal skills to deal with clients and office team.
- Excellent time keeping skills.
Qualifications:
Plumbing experience will be sought with all the various plumbing methods as a bonus.
- Plumber City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing - (minimum onsite training 1yr)
- Commercial Installations experience (Preferred)
- Full UK Driving License (Essential)
- CSCS Card (Desirable)
- Ideal but not essential Electrical/Gas experience – (Desirable but not required)
Must be valid to live and work in the UK. No sponsorship available.
