Mazars' National Members' Voluntary Centre have an exciting opportunity for a trainee case executive to join their team.
We are looking for someone who is organised, flexible and self-motivated, who possesses strong communication skills to support the team, whilst developing technical skills and knowledge of relevant restructuring processes in preparation for the completion of client-facing work.
Responsibilities include
- Supporting senior colleagues in the completion of Members' Voluntary Liquidations (solvent liquidations).
- Providing excellent client service.
- Preparing client reports, internal reviews and correspondence.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with monitoring compliance and risk procedures.
- Adhering to statutory deadlines.
- Providing general administrative support to the senior members of the team using Microsoft Office and specialist insolvency software.
- Liaising with creditors and dealing with creditor claims.
Person Specification
- Ability to work in a hybrid workplace.
- Relevant work experience in an office environment is preferred but not essential, full training will be provided.
- Minimum 2.1 bachelor's degree desired, but not essential.
- Minimum A* - C (or equivalent) GCSE in English and Mathematics.
- Proficient and competent in using MS Office.
- Ability to produce high quality and accurate work focusing on attention to detail.
- Good, numeracy, written and oral communication skills.
- Organised and methodical with proven planning and prioritisation skills.
- The ability to work on own initiative to strict deadlines and under pressure.
- Must be a fast learner, enthusiastic and willing to develop new skills.
