Successful candidates will become the face of our business and an integral part of the local community. Responsible for keeping all of our customers safe on their travels making sure they feel welcomed with fantastic customer service, helping them to connect with places and loved ones.

Getting your PCV licence

Following a successful job offer we will send you for a medical appointment and help you fill in your forms to the DVLA.

On getting your licence back we will arrange a start date with you, where our amazing driving school team will then teach you all you need to know to pass your theory tests and convert you from car driver to bus driver.

On qualifying as a Bus Driver

Once you have completed your practical test we will pair you with a mentor who will assist you in settling into your new role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers warmly, ensuring they have a safe and pleasant journey and receive the most suitable ticket for their needs.
  • Ensuring your vehicle is driven safely, including completing vehicle safety checks.
  • Money handling.

What do I need to apply?

  • Full UK driving licence (car) with at least 6 months driving experience and no more than 3 points.
  • Available to work full time shift work which may include; early mornings, late evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Be passionate about providing outstanding levels of customer service at all times.
  • Be able to stay calm under pressure and make on the spot decisions.
