This is an exciting opportunity to join an RICS regulated building surveying company providing property surveys nationwide. CC Ltd are a multi-disciplinary building surveying company specialising in sustainability and property marketing.
Working in the Surveying Department you will join a multi-disciplinary team gaining experience in sustainability, fire risk, control of hazardous substances, Retrofit, and architectural design through 2d and 3d modelling.
CC Ltd's head office is in Nottingham, but this role will predominantly be based in the West Midlands, Staffordshire and the North West, with travel to other areas.
Staff will be trained in industry relevant qualifications. There is also the opportunity to enrol on apprenticeship level 3, level 6 (degree) or Masters level qualifications depending on experience. Day-to-Day role will include:
- Traveling 25,000k - 30,000k miles per year (Travel expenses for site visits will be covered by the company).
- Visiting buildings (site visits) around the UK conducting building surveys, including energy performance certificates.
- Communicating with office team to provide accurate calculations to produce legally required reports.
- Lodging surveys and writing up reports.
- Supporting the Retrofit Team with assessments.
- Supporting the office Technical Team with floor plan drawing using in-house and CAD software.
- Supporting property photographers with photography and drawing marketing floor plans
- There will be occasions when attendance for training at our office in Nottingham is required, especially within the first 6 months. Accommodation and travel expenses for this will be covered by the company.
