FRANKONIA BAKERY is a very busy, family run, artisan bakery located in Surbiton, Greater London. We produce a delicious range of sourdoughs, sandwich breads and pastries which we share with our fabulous 5 star clientele in and around London and Sussex. Our reputation is flawless and our standards are high.
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, dedicated trainee baker to join our team. You will learn all aspects of baking from our highly skilled bakers. Our production is on a large scale and cannot be compared with home baking. Weights are heavy and commercial baking is physically very demanding work. Something to bear in mind before you apply.

Starting salary £25,000 per year
Full time and permanent
Approx. 40 hours per week, 5 day week
Hours: 4/5am-1/3pm or 2pm to 10pm/midnight
Expected start date. Asap
