We are seeking a trainee Architectural Technician to join our busy practice. Qualifications and experience required;
- Working to, but not essential, HND/HNC/Degree Building Studies, Architecture, or similar.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD software.(training will be provided).
- Knowledge of Sketchup Pro (training will be provided).
- Knowledge in Microsoft 365 Office Suite.(training will be provided).
Role and Responsibilities (working to)
- To take instruction from senior members of the practice and work alongside the design team.
- Travelling to and from sites and aiding in the carrying out of dimensional and level surveys of properties.
- Working to producing full existing drawings from survey information.
- Working to producing full planning drawings and documents.
- Working to submitting Planning Applications and overseeing the process until determination.
- Working to producing full technical drawings and specifications to Building Regulations.
- Working to submitting Building Regulation applications and overseeing the process.

This is a permanent full-time role based at our Snettisham Design Practice, with Monday to Friday working hours between 9:00am and 5:30pm.
