Trainee Agricultural Engineer - full training provided
Job description
Due to expansion in the area, we are currently recruiting trainee engineer/s in the Yorkshire Area.
Full training will be provided with certification. (Starting wage is £13.20 per hour whilst training.) Training is usually completed within 6 months, then you will become a fully certified Service Level 1 engineer.
LC Longtown Ltd are the lead supplier of Lely Robotic Milking and Feeding equipment in the Cumbria, Northumberland, Lancashire and Yorkshire , with our main office based in Longtown,
Applicants will be required to demonstrate:
- An ability to solve technical problems
- Good communication skills
- An electrical and/or agricultural background would be desirable but not essential
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work 24hr cover via an On-Call rota
