We have a new opportunity for a Trainee Administrator to work in our Oxford office. This is a full time, permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to all our divisions.
- Opportunity to visit other offices to offer administrative support.
- Collect, scan and return scanning material for the organisation
- Booking of Trains and taxis
- Provide holiday cover for our database administrator
- Meet and greet visitors
- Answer incoming calls promptly.
- Prepare all meeting rooms for daily use
- Help with internal and external events

About You
The successful Trainee Administrator will:
- Be educated to GCSE Level and above
- Have experience using Microsoft
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be a keen team player
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment
- Have a ‘can do’ approach to work
- Be organised and able to prioritise your own workload
