Trainee Accounts Assistant - Coworking Office Spaces
£22,000 per annum
London HQ - Strand, Temple, London
Full Time. Monday-Friday, 45 hours per week (9am-6pm - subject to change) One day per week training with third party provider

We're on the hunt for a driven and dedicated person to join our finance team, working alongside our skilled Management Accountant to hone your craft and attain your AAT Level 3 qualification. Typically it takes about two years so you need to willing to commit for the long-haul. With paid study time, flexible working arrangements, and additional paid days off, we place a premium on our employees' well-being and growth. As we continue to expand rapidly - we are going from 10-50 locations in the next couple of years, you'll be presented with opportunities to advance your career and assume more senior roles. At Spacemade, you'll have the chance to tackle critical tasks within our finance department and learn both in a classroom environment and real-life scenarios.
What you'll do:
- Supporting the Management Accountant with monthly management accounts
- Accounts payable ledger
- Supplier bank payments
- Bank reconciliation
- Staff debit card reconciliations
- Accounts receivable ledger
- Credit control and handling
Key skills/qualities:
- Brilliant attention to detail
- Desire to build a career in accounts/finance
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Strong arithmetic
- Clear & concise communication
What you need:
- This apprenticeship is open only to non-graduates. If you have a degree, unfortunately we cannot consider you
- No previous accounts experience required, all workplace training will be provided.
- You need to be fully committed to training to eventually become a qualified accountant and an ambition to succeed in an industry accounting role.
- Be ready to start AAT level 3 (A-Levels or AAT level 2 qualified)
