Stevens Industrial Services, the UKs largest independent supplier of abrasives and associated industrial supplies are looking to recruit an account manager to maintain relations with our existing customers. Reporting to the Sales Manager the successful candidate will be required to visit customers, report on the on going situation, collect orders, respond to enquiries and liaise with the sales office. Experience within the metal fabrication, welding and woodworking industries would be useful but not essential as training will be provided. A company vehicle will be provided and will be available for private use.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients.
- Confer with clients and company personnel to resolve problems.
- Maintain professional and social business relationships.
- Develop proposals to promote the value of services provided by the organization.
- Negotiate terms of contracts with new and existing clients.
- Manage resources and evaluate costs.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
