Traffic Controller

Salary: £26,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits and annual bonus

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Plus 4 hour Saturday morning cover on a rota basis (1 in 6 - paid as overtime)

Bank holidays worked on a rota.

Location: Cardiff, CF15 7QT

What you'll be doing;

Jointly responsible for approximately 40 drivers across 2 sites.
Monitor and focus on targeted KPI’s,
Maintain regular contact with drivers.
To ensure all missed collections are communicated to the customer and reported via internal systems.
Dealing with day to day transport issues & recovery plans.

What we're looking for;

Previous experience within a similar role.
Transport industry knowledge.
Routing experience with strong geographical knowledge.
Ability and experience with management of drivers.
Good communication and customer service skills.
