Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £23,000. We offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• 
  Act as the main point of contact to both our drivers and customers, effectively dealing with any issues as they come up
• Carry out driver debriefs, ensuring that our transport operation is running both safely and cost-effectively
• Escalate details of vehicle accidents, defects or any fleet issues to senior management
• Plan and assist in planning daily and weekly vehicle routes for drivers making sure all our customers goods are delivered in a timely and efficient manner

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• 
  Previous experience of working within a fast-paced transport environment (desirable)
• Strong people skills – you’ll be meeting a variety of stakeholders on a day-to-day basis
• Confidence in the use of IT, especially with Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel
