About us
KIA Trading Ltd is a UK registered company, trading for last seven years. The nature of our business is to plan, implement, and control the movemenbt and storage of goods, services, or information within a supply chain and between the points of origin and consumption.
We are looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team and help provide excellent customer service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, helping them find the products they need, providing product information, and ensuring that the shop is kept clean and tidy. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping customers.
The ideal candidate should have one year experience in Afro-Carribbean and Asian grocery.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance in locating items.
- Answer customer questions and provide advice on products.
- Keep shelves stocked with merchandise.
- Organise and restock shelves as needed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Assist customers with purchases and returns.
- Operate cash registers and process payments.
- Maintain the stock and place orders to replenish it.
- Receiving and processing the purchase orders.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
