Job description
Administrative / Trading Assistant to work directly alongside director at commodity brokerage company specialising in trading & procurement of nuts & agricultural commodities.
Duties:-
Contractual administration, contacting suppliers/customers to arrange documentation/deliveries/shipments/payments, input & allocation to database, handling of customer aftercare.
Office hours are 9-5, however due to international nature of business successful applicant shall be expected to be phone available outside of office hours.
Interest in economics, markets & any basic knowledge of food safety would be advantageous to applicant. Specific product training & knowledge will be given.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with self motivation & pro-activity is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
