Job description
Multi skilled tradesperson required, for this award winning, successful and expanding company. Must live locally to the Stowmarket area. This position is very varied, and we would prefer a carpentry bias, but all of the following are also relevant (but not essential):
- plastering
- upvc fitting/trimming
- decorating
- plumbing
- very basic electrics
- ceramic tiling
- flooring
- fencing
- groundworks
Our contracts are both domestic and commercial, and are all over Suffolk, and into south Norfolk, east Cambridgeshire and north Essex. Company van, phone allowance, PPE and branded clothing provided. Where relevant, we also support further training to gain recognised professional qualifications.
The ideal candidates will have proven experience and their own tools, and preferably be able to turn their hand to pretty much anything we can throw at you! Flexibility is essential, as you may have to go to multiple sites in the same day to complete different types of tasks. In addition you must:
- have a full, clean driving license
· be a good team member, happy to work with others
· have an excellent sense of humour!
· have a pragmatic attitude
· have an ability to plan ahead and problem solve
- be confident and professional with our customers
