Level Group Services Head office based in Southgate, London. Carrying out cleaning, maintenance and property services across London.
We are becoming a well established fast growing company currently looking for someone to carry out reactive and general repairs maintenance tasks. Someone who has the ability to carry out multi trades along with building maintenance to a good high standard. Start immediately to be part of our projects and our property maintenance division. With a great career opportunity to further excel into fastrack management of the division. Where proven merit is shown!
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate capabilities in the following:
Plumbing, Basic Electrics, Painting, Carpentry, Concreting works, brick block and stone work, Fault Finding & Other general maintenance on site tasks.
Other desired: Ordering materials cost effectively, h&s awareness, using iPad for reports. Hard working and committed, light hearted & good positive team spirit, honest & hungry!
Politeness, Good Customer Service & appearance is key as you will be occasional first point of contact and first impressions are extremely important in this position.
Must have: Full driving licence is required, own transport (company van where merit is proven), own tools, & Company uniform is provided,
There will opportunity to also earn priced work based on commitment and merit.
Starting Salary: £140-£170 a day open to negotiation. Looking for someone to start ASAP.
