Job description
I con-struct developments are a small but growing construction company. Work will consist of full house renovations, conversions, extentions, kitchen and bathroom fit outs. We are looking for a out going candidate who is not scared of getting stuck into other trades and work as a team.
Candidates must have the following experience and must have a good eye for detail with the ability to problem solve and use their own initiative.
-NVQ level 3 joinery / Kitchen fitting, 1st and 2nd fix. (Minimum 5 years experience with references)
-Must have experience in other trades like basic electrics, basic plumbing, tiling and plastering
-Applicant must have own transport and basic hand and power tools. All other power tools will be provided. (Can be picked up if job is on route, and van will be provided at a later date if candidate fits the bill)
-Must have good communication skills and good at problem solving.
- Must be polite, reliable and professional with customers.
