With physical trade counter outlets open in Manchester, Birmingham & Lincoln a vacancy has arisen for a full time Trade Counter Sales Assistant in this growing business
Job Role:
Working within a small team within Bathroom showroom dealing with first line enquiries from both the public and registered tradespeople on plumbing and bathroom products. Responsible for new customer acquisition via telephone, email and face to face selling, along with giving great service and looking after existing trade customers.
Trade Counter Assistant/ Internal Sales Executive Duties;
- Complete telesales calls to existing trade account holders advising of new products and services.
- Answer and close any inbound sales enquiries.
- Lead Generation - Prospecting local potential trade customers via phone and email.
- Approach and give advice and support to customers if required in store.
- Deal with any aftersales issues in a professional manner giving great service and promoting the Bathroom Takeaway brand
- Ensuring store is ‘fit to trade’ and support updating instore displays & range changes
Skills Required and Qualifications:
Looking for an outgoing, positive sales colleague with great communication skills and isn’t afraid of a challenge! Resilient & Well organised with an ability to work towards (and beat!) targets.
Experience of sales within the bathroom industry is desirable but not essential whilst a successful track record in telesales advantageous
Salary range , Hours and Location:
Basic £21,000-£24,000 dependant on relevant experience +additional OTE via bonus scheme
40 hours over 5 days (Stores open Mon-Fri 8-5.30 – potential Saturday working 8-12) Based in Lincoln Branch, North Hykeham
