Harvest Staff Wanted
Hugh Crane Ltd require enthusiastic staff for harvest 2023.
Harvest runs from Mid July to early September with the option to carry on through Potato harvest in September and October. The farm is 2500 acres of combinables and potatoes running a Lexion 6800 and a fleet of modern 77 series Massey Ferguson tractors and John Deere 6Rs. The farm specializes in seed lots including vining peas and grass seed. Experience is beneficial but not required.
The main roles include Corn Carting, Muck Spreading and possibly some cultivations, other responsibilities dependent on candidate. Telehandler license an advantage.
Pay will be dependent on experience, pay will be reviewed dependant on performance for less experienced staff and accommodation is available with private Shower and Toilet, also including WiFi.
